Hand-crafted in Istanbul in traditional copper pots, each small Turkish Delight batch starts by boiling and hand-mixing the ingredients into a sweet syrup. The syrup cooks for 3 hours until it is smooth and develops its legendary consistency. Unique varieties are made by then adding flavors and delectable nuts and fruits. The mixture is then poured into large wooden trays to set as it cools before it is cut into squares and dusted with icing sugar.
